The Board also maintains a reading room at its headquarters in Arlington, Virginia for members of the public who are unable to access the Board's web site. In addition, copies of Board reports and meeting materials are provided on request.

Using the Board's reading room
The reading room is available by appointment from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please call ahead to ensure that a staff member is available to assist you. NWTRB's offices are located above the Courthouse Metro. Some metered street and building parking is available.
